HVAC BIM Coordinator

What you'll do

• Develop HVAC models, shop drawings, isometrics, schedules, and spool drawings
• interpret construction documents and engineering plans
• identify conflicts and propose solutions
• lead coordination meetings
• collaborate with project managers and superintendents on RFIs
• coordinate third-party production teams
• generate Trimble layout points and use Trimble RTS systems with FieldLink.
