What you'll do

• Prepare, measure, weigh, cut, sort, and stage ingredients and materials
• follow production schedules, recipes, specifications, and food safety requirements
• monitor materials and products for quality
• label, date, and store prepared ingredients
• operate designated equipment safely
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• maintain production records
• report shortages, hazards, and quality concerns.
