Wash Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, develop, and hold site managers and teams accountable
• manage P&L performance and control labor, chemical, water, and utility costs
• oversee preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
• hire, train, and coach staff
• ensure safety protocols and lockout/tagout practices
• report on throughput, conversion, labor coverage, and equipment status
• drive membership growth through promotions and pricing strategy
• travel between Omaha-area locations as needed.
