What you'll do

• Prepare pastries, desserts, baked goods, cakes, and pastry components according to recipes and standards
• produce items for multiple hotel outlets
• assist with seasonal and special offerings
• decorate and finish desserts
• support events and banquets
• maintain production timelines, food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
• store and rotate ingredients
• operate pastry equipment safely
• monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
• reduce food waste
• collaborate with culinary and hotel teams.
