This role exists to support new graduate nurses in their transition from student to professional practice. Through a year-long residency program, the RN Resident develops critical thinking and clinical skills while delivering compassionate care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.

What you'll do

• Assess patient conditions, perform procedures, administer medications, and document care.
• Collaborate with the care team to provide individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions and treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical simulations and evidence-based practice projects.
