The Lead Inpatient Pharmacist role is onsite in Port Townsend, WA. The schedule is 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, with variable day shifts: Monday–Friday 0630–1500 or 1230–2100, and Saturday–Sunday 0700–1700. Pay is $70.49–$107.77 per hour. The role supports Jefferson Healthcare’s Inpatient Pharmacy team. The pharmacist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services to optimize medication therapy, promote medication safety, and improve outcomes for hospitalized patients. The role also guides pharmacy support staff and serves as a clinical resource for the interdisciplinary care team.

Why this role
