The Brain Injury Specialist supports and motivates program participants in our residential brain injury rehabilitation facility as they address cognitive, physical, medical, behavioral and psycho-social rehabilitation programming goals (our employees do not provide personal cares). Employees support program participants as they work to develop behavioral compensatory strategies to assist in coping
