Virtual Services Representative

What you'll do

• Assist existing and prospective members with memberships, account maintenance, and consumer loan applications
• respond through multiple service channels
• educate members about self-banking options
• resolve requests at first contact when possible
• meet service, quality, and loan production goals
• refer appropriate investment and mortgage opportunities
• coordinate approved loan closings and maintain knowledge of lending and deposit policies.
