Property Manager – Riverwood Commons I & II

Job overview

The Property Manager – Riverwood Commons I & II role is onsite in Bastrop, TX, with pay of $21–$26 per hour. The schedule is full time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Fairway Management manages affordable housing communities and rental subdivisions. The manager oversees daily property operations, resident service, leasing, budgets, staff, and affordable-housing compliance to support well-maintained communities and quality housing.

What you'll do

• Follow Fair Housing and affordable-housing regulations
• collect and deposit rent and notify residents of delinquencies
• respond to resident inquiries, work orders, and requests
• maintain applicant waiting lists
• manage budgets
• conduct initial and annual affordable-housing certifications
• prepare for inspections
• market vacant units and process applications
• supervise property staff and vendors
• organize community activities
• conduct unit inspections and property walks
• be available for after-hours emergency on-call rotation
• travel to required training or conferences.
