What you'll do

• Lead a crew installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining solar systems
• follow safety procedures
• train crew members on electrical and mechanical best practices
• verify pre-assembled job components
• lay out and assemble solar modules, arrays, and mounting hardware
• mount racking, modules, and electrical equipment
• perform AC and DC wiring as assigned to the crew lead
• document completed installations and clean job sites
• attend required product, installation, and safety training
• manage service calls and coordinate with project management
• communicate with customers about system operation and maintenance.
