What you'll do

• Complete medication records, daily notes, client-goal progress documentation, and financial transactions
• support self-determination, security, and community relationships
• assist with personal care, household chores, shopping, and recreational and social activities
• provide companionship and emotional support
• work across homes in St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.

Why this role
