What you'll do

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and full-service return preparation for simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to minimize tax liabilities and maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
