Business Development Representative

Job overview

The Business Development Representative role is onsite in Naples, FL, with a base salary of $60,000–$75,000 per year plus commission and bonus opportunities. This full-time outside-sales role develops referral relationships for mitigation, HVAC, plumbing, and reconstruction services. The role generates new business by building and maintaining relationships with referral partners and prospective customers. It supports revenue growth through in-person outreach, follow-up, CRM tracking, cross-selling, and coordination with service and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Develop referral relationships and new business opportunities
• conduct in-person sales visits
• maintain calls, visits, presentations, and follow-ups
• explain company services
• track leads and sales activity in the CRM
• identify cross-selling opportunities
• coordinate with operations, estimating, mitigation, HVAC, plumbing, and reconstruction teams
• attend networking and industry events
• work toward business-development and revenue goals.
