Site Security Manager

Job overview

The Site Security Manager role is onsite in San Jose, CA, with compensation of $60–$65 per hour. The role supports security oversight during construction of a secure open storage facility and reports security information to the Government security officer and GSA. The position exists to help ensure the facility build-out follows the Construction Security Plan and ICD/ICS 705 requirements. It oversees site access, contractor surveillance, inspections, security documentation, and project closeout and accreditation deliverables.

What you'll do

• Develop and update the Construction Security Plan and related procedures
• oversee site access, authorized personnel, keys, security equipment, and controlled project documents
• conduct material inspections and periodic security inspections
• monitor contractor compliance and quality
• document and report security violations or deviations
• lead weekly coordination meetings and provide status reports
• prepare the final project close-out and accreditation package.
