What you'll do

• Work on commercial real estate financing and investment transactions, mortgage loan originations, structured debt facilities, distressed loan workouts and restructurings, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, loan documentation, due diligence, transaction management, financing and investment agreement negotiations, and portfolio and asset management matters.
