The Ministry Support — Full-Time role is an onsite position in Richland, WA, paying $20–$23 per hour. The 40-hour schedule is split between Discipleship and Outreach and Care, with work Sunday through Thursday. C3’s mission is to lead people into new and growing relationships with Jesus Christ. The role provides administrative and coordination support to the Discipleship and Outreach Pastor and Care Pastor. By organizing ministry activities, communications, records, and events, the position helps people participate in groups, outreach, and care environments.

What you'll do

• Prepare documents and materials
• track participation
• coordinate Rooted experiences and gatherings
• support Home Groups and group launches
• organize outreach and volunteer logistics
• assist with care ministry groups and gatherings
• support scheduling and communications
• assist with baptisms and communion as requested
• maintain confidentiality and communicate with supervisors.
