What you'll do

• Open and close work orders with detailed information
• record and report technician time
• greet customers in person and by phone
• cover body shop calls
• help resolve customer complaints
• schedule appointments
• assist technicians with diagnosis and repairs
• support warranty paperwork
• coordinate special-order parts and sublet repairs
• communicate instructions and issues to the Body Shop Manager and next-shift service writer.
