The Customer Success Manager — CCaaS and Customer Experience is an onsite role local to the Dallas–Fort Worth area, based in Coppell, TX. Pay is $80,000–$120,000 per year. Voxai is a CCaaS reseller and systems integrator supporting customers with software, professional services, integrations, managed services, and optimization. The role helps enterprise and mid-market customers realize measurable value from contact center and customer experience technology. It manages customer success plans and lifecycle activities while coordinating internal teams to support adoption, retention, renewal readiness, and account growth.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with customer stakeholders
• develop customer success plans
• drive platform adoption and optimization
• manage the customer lifecycle from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion support
• track service obligations, customer health, risks, escalations, and renewal readiness
• conduct business and service reviews
• identify optimization and service opportunities
• maintain account records in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and related systems.
