What you'll do

• Execute menu recipes consistently
• prepare dishes according to guest requests, portion guidelines, temperature specifications, and timing standards
• maintain a clean, organized, stocked station
• manage multiple tickets during busy periods
• collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams
• follow cooking, knife-skill, equipment, food-safety, and sanitation practices
• assist with prep, stock rotation, storage, and opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
