What you'll do
- Own and manage the site WAVE/cost-savings process
- facilitate improvement initiatives
- lead root cause analysis, DMAIC, process mapping, waste walks, standard work reviews, and sustainment checks
- support Lean routines including 5S and Kaizen
- analyze production and KPI data
- partner with cross-functional teams
- support commercialization activities
- maintain CI tools, dashboards, action plans, standard work, SOP updates, and training materials
- coach employees and leaders.
