What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, leadership, and early-career roles
• source and engage passive candidates
• build talent pipelines
• partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruiting strategies
• support candidates through onboarding
• promote the employer brand with Marketing and HR
• support campus recruiting, internships, career fairs, and university partnerships
• maintain ATS and HRIS activity and contribute to process improvement.
