What you'll do

• Design, govern, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions
• engineer and configure ITIL process automation
• document technical designs and production migrations
• develop, integrate, deploy, and maintain platform solutions
• participate in design reviews and requirements sessions
• align internal and external requirements with development
• partner with business and IT teams on configuration, implementation, and support.
