What you'll do

• Review, revise, and negotiate professional contracts
• analyze and summarize terms and issues
• assist with provider employment agreements
• maintain agreements and monitor renewal and termination deadlines
• prepare correspondence and negotiation memoranda
• track negotiation status and manage contract lifecycles
• collaborate with leadership and Corporate Counsel
• maintain confidentiality
• serve as Privacy Officer.
