The Part-Time Student Enrollment Data Intern — Summer, Remote role is fully remote. KIPP North Carolina is a network of seven college-preparatory public charter schools serving K–12 students and supporting alumni. The intern supports enrollment, scheduling, and staff data management across seven schools. The work helps process new student enrollments and maintain accurate, compliant records and systems.

What you'll do

• Process and update student enrollment records in Infinite Campus
• support K–8 scheduling
• assist with staff data updates and employment record verification
• audit data and help resolve discrepancies
• generate enrollment and staffing reports
• collaborate with the data team on workflows
• provide administrative support for data requests
• follow FERPA confidentiality guidelines.
