Operations Manager, Production and Installation

The Operations Manager, Production and Installation role is onsite in Louisville, KY. Base compensation is $80,000–$95,000 annually, plus an annual performance incentive opportunity of up to 10%–15%. Closet Factory of Kentucky designs, manufactures, and installs custom closets and other custom spaces. The manager leads shop, production, and field installation operations, turning sold projects into accurately manufactured and professionally installed work. The role develops teams, improves processes, and monitors quality, safety, productivity, and operational performance to support reliable project completion.

What you'll do

• Lead production, shop, and installation operations
• manage scheduling, capacity, workflow, staffing, and labor efficiency
• coach and hold teams accountable
• monitor quality and operational KPIs

• maintain a safe production environment and OSHA compliance
• oversee vehicles, tools, equipment, materials, inventory, and purchasing
• support hiring and workforce planning.
