What you'll do

• Design, build, and test one or two Microsoft Copilot agents
• meet with employees across departments to gather requirements
• map current business processes and document steps, handoffs, and systems
• identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• create process maps, flowcharts, and supporting documentation
• assist with testing systems and features
• present progress and results to the Business Systems team and leadership
• coordinate other projects as assigned by the Business Systems Manager.
