What you'll do

• Lead project communication, planning, problem-solving, and quality control
• coordinate subcontractors and monitor work against contracts, budgets, and schedules
• manage jobsite logistics, deliveries, storage, security, and safety
• prepare daily and look-ahead reports
• coordinate inspections and municipal contacts
• use Procore for project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and documents
• maintain permit and punch lists and close out projects.
