The role supports children’s communication, developmental, self-help, self-advocacy, and social skills through consistent sessions, accurate data collection, and collaboration with caregivers and the clinical team.

What you'll do

  • Provide one-to-one ABA services in homes and approved community settings
  • implement BCBA-written skill-acquisition and behavior-support programs
  • support functional communication, developmental, self-help, self-advocacy, and social skills
  • collect data and document sessions
  • communicate with caregivers and supervisors
  • participate in supervision, training, meetings, and professional development
  • follow safety, confidentiality, ethics, and treatment protocols.
