What you'll do

• Perform property maintenance, handyman repairs, HVAC services, troubleshooting, and residential or commercial improvement projects
• diagnose issues and complete approved repairs
• provide customer service
• take before, during, and after photos
• document property conditions and completed repairs
• submit job notes, estimates, and completion reports
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• complete digital work orders
• communicate with customers and office staff
• follow company procedures and client requirements.
