What you'll do

• Inspect and assess medical equipment
• diagnose operational issues and recommend repairs or maintenance
• perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections on surgical microscopes and related equipment
• develop service contracts and sales opportunities
• build relationships with healthcare stakeholders
• travel to customer sites for service and outreach
• sell refurbished microscopes, parts, accessories, and service agreements
• respond to multiple weekly service calls
• represent the company at conferences and trade shows
• follow company, OEM, and regulatory requirements.
