What you'll do

• Analyze data for employer group reporting, client consultations, and business initiatives
• develop analytic solutions using SQL, Snowflake, SAS, and other healthcare analytics tools
• build and maintain reporting datasets, automated processes, dashboards, and visualizations
• advise the team on data architecture, methods, and best practices
• translate stakeholder needs into scalable data solutions
• ensure data integrity and accuracy
• improve reporting efficiency through automation
• mentor analysts.
