Customer Service Representative – Dispatch Support

The Customer Service Representative – Dispatch Support role is onsite in Mesa, AZ. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Build positive relationships with coworkers, drivers, and customers
• assist with inbound customer and driver calls
• enter and review customer orders in the dispatch system
• communicate information by messaging, telephone, and internal dispatch system
• assist with schedules as needed
• provide customer-service follow-up
• manage time and priorities and work with the dispatch team.
