What you'll do

• Hire, train, and manage a team of 12–16 staff
• spend approximately 25 hours per week behind the bar brewing coffee and serving customers
• dedicate 10–15 hours per week to inventory, scheduling, deposits, weekly reports, and orders
• maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment
• follow Health Department guidelines
• solve operational problems and communicate effectively.
