What you'll do

• Provide administrative supervision and performance management for behavior technicians
• manage time off, callouts, schedules, availability, audits, compliance, and incident reports
• document feedback and coordinate with clinical leaders
• provide direct behavior-analytic services under BCBA treatment plans
• collect data and session notes
• support self-care skill development
• follow crisis, emergency, safety, and mandated-reporting procedures
• travel within the designated region as assigned.
