Senior System Support Analyst

What you'll do

• Provide client support by phone, email, and onsite visits
• resolve desktop, firewall, networking, hardware, Windows Server, business application, and Microsoft 365 issues
• support Veeam backup and recovery and virtual machines
• maintain ticket, project, process, and issue documentation
• configure and troubleshoot hardware and networks
• administer Active Directory, permissions, Group Policy, domains, and certificates
• patch software and perform preventive maintenance
• train Level 1 analysts. Participate in required on-call rotations.
