What you'll do

• Facilitate regional performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes in the HCM
• connect regional activities to enterprise initiatives
• recommend program design and content changes based on talent data
• support HiPo identification and leadership readiness evaluation
• assist with measurement, implementation, and promotion of internal development offerings
• identify regional talent for internal opportunities.
