What you'll do

• Monitor patient conditions and assess needs
• observe and communicate symptoms to physicians
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• perform routine procedures and complete patient charts
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• maintain hygiene and safety
• provide immediate care in emergencies
• supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
• support patients and families.
