What you'll do

• Oversee multiple high-net-worth individual, trust, and estate engagements
• provide technical planning and advice on fiduciary, estate, and gift tax matters, trust structures, and family partnerships
• maintain client relationships and serve as primary contact
• research and resolve tax issues
• advise clients on business and process improvements
• support department training
• monitor budgets and staff workloads
• prepare billings and assist with collections
• conduct staff training
• contribute to practice development, recruitment, performance management, and business development.
