What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop BI analysts and developers
• define and execute the BI roadmap
• translate business needs into analytics solutions
• establish BI development and governance practices
• oversee Snowflake data models, cost, performance, and scalability
• partner with data engineering on pipelines and data quality
• deliver dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics
• advance predictive and diagnostic insights and integrate AI/ML outputs
• promote responsible AI and ethical data use.
