What you'll do

• Provide individual and group therapy for patients with mental health conditions
• conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals
• monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain records
• participate in staff meetings, training, and interdisciplinary conferences
• provide patient-centered care with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
