• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate classroom activities
• support cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor skills
• create a structured and encouraging learning environment

• supervise children and promote safety
• track progress and complete classroom documentation
• collaborate with assistants, therapists, nurses, families, and other team members.
