What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate warehouse associates
• ensure accurate and timely inbound and outbound processing, picking, and put-away
• review shipment schedules and adjust work procedures to meet deadlines
• monitor performance and provide coaching
• assign job functions
• assist with training and cross-training
• enforce safety standards and company policies
• conduct inventory checks and cycle counts
• report discrepancies and damaged goods
• maintain a clean and organized work environment.
