What you'll do

• Provide member service through phone, email, chat, and text
• meet sales goals and produce referrals for accounts and loans
• process account inquiries and transactions
• maintain confidential membership records
• explain deposit and loan products
• resolve account and online banking issues
• identify potential fraud
• refer members to appropriate departments
• cross-sell products when appropriate
• reconcile daily work
• assist with training new representatives.
