The controller leads accounting operations, reporting, internal controls, and compliance to maintain reliable financial information and support strategic decisions. The role partners with executive and cross-functional leaders, improves financial processes and systems, and develops the accounting team as the organization grows.

What you'll do

• Oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and close processes
• ensure financial statements comply with GAAP and company policies
• maintain internal controls and audit readiness
• coordinate audits and regulatory examinations
• provide financial insights to executives
• optimize financial systems and reporting
• lead and develop the accounting team
• ensure regulatory, tax, and reporting compliance.
