What you'll do

• Own BDR/MDR team results, quotas, territories, account assignments, and lead coverage
• supervise and coach onsite and remote team members
• recruit, interview, hire, and onboard representatives
• partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Enablement on prospecting cadences, messaging, lead routing, and qualification
• maintain Salesforce dashboards and metrics
• coordinate lead handoffs and feedback with Account Executives and Sales Directors
• maintain CRM data hygiene and activity accountability
• contribute to compensation plans, SPIFFs, and contests.
