What you'll do

• Assist with interviewing, hiring recommendations, and staff scheduling
• participate in orientation, in-service training, and performance reviews
• support regulatory documentation and policy implementation
• assist with care planning
• make daily rounds
• support continuous quality improvement and corrective actions
• follow up on changes in resident status
• complete chart audits under the DNS’s direction
• ensure infection-control practices
• communicate with families, residents, and staff.
