The Unarmed Security Shift Supervisor role is onsite in Donaldsonville, LA, with starting pay of $20–$25 per hour based on experience. The assignment is at an industrial plant or refinery. What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security services on an assigned shift
• act as liaison between site supervisor, account or field operations management, and security officers
• coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved authority
• handle common and crisis situations
• prepare reports and logs
• provide professional communication and customer service.
