• Reinforce safety standards and stop unsafe work

• report incidents and near misses and support investigations
• confirm crew qualifications and readiness
• coach employees and document performance matters
• direct shift execution against plans
• identify and escalate constraints
• coordinate work across supervisors and support functions
• maintain environmental compliance
• control labor, overtime, contractors, equipment, materials, and consumables
• validate and submit operational reports.
