Tractor Driver, End Dump and Side Dump

The Tractor Driver, End Dump and Side Dump role is onsite in Everett, WA, and includes work on public roads, construction sites, and recycling yards. Compensation is $30–$32 per hour. The driver works with DTG’s Driver Lead and communicates with dispatch throughout the day. The driver safely operates tractors and hydraulic trailers, handles load records and inspections, and adapts to daily equipment and operational needs. The role supports transportation and site operations by moving loads while maintaining equipment and following safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Safely hook up and operate side dump, end dump, and live floor trailers
• tarp trailers
• operate trucks in yards, construction sites, and on public roads
• perform pre- and post-trip inspections
• communicate with dispatch
• log and track loads and maintain load records
• keep equipment in safe working order
• use tire chains as needed
• work outdoors in varied weather
• work overtime, including some Saturdays.
