The Lifecycle Support Analyst is an onsite role based in Annapolis Junction, MD. The salary range is $82,550.00 - $149,225.00 per year. This role supports the Intel Sector’s Cyber & Analytics Business Area. This role exists to provide hardware and software control, tracking, and management support for a large, complex hardware/software system. The analyst works with technical teams to ensure data integrity and lifecycle management within a multifaceted network environment.

What you'll do

• Provide hardware and software control, tracking, and management support.
• Research and update hardware maintenance, software support, and license information.
• Research and update lifecycle information for hardware and software, including End of Life and End of Sale status.
• Generate reports to support technical team requests.
• Support continuous process improvement and validation of data within the Hardware and Software Data Management System.
• Provide back-up support for the Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) report.
